Received this email today about the L.E.S. trails which are situated in the Czech Republic, in small town called Jicin.
The photos are abit old but apparantly they’ve been building loads so hopefully expect to some new photos soon!

Judging from the site stats quite a few people clicked through to Boyd’s DigForVictory blog which is rad. Boyd has just posted this Summer Trails video with a selection of trails and footy from when it was slightly less cold. If you check out a few trail sites then I’m sure you would have already seen this, if so I apologise. If not, definitely worth a watch

Hello everyone. Just a quick post to figure this thing out.
Have been busy down barend, taking advantage of the crazy wet weather will post some pics soon. What does being single, spare time and a foot long slong have in common….Gav is off digging duties due to tennis elbow. Me and Rory popped in at Digmore not so long ago for some inspiration and chatted to one of the locals that place will no doubt be sweet next summer. We also went and bothered a few of the Sheet locals and gave them a hand with some bits. Salisbury has a thriving trails scene at the moment so anyone living near there should try and get in touch to help out, they have a face book group (can’t remember what its called.)
Marcus from powsbmx.com just sent a message saying he’s uploading the his new trail video – “Welcome to Jefferson State”, onto the site. The video features some real good looking trails, a mix of street and concrete park. You can see the intro below. The first section has been added to the Deluxe Video feed on the right (just in case you missed it) and features Abe Rowland. Marcus is uploading the video in sections every few days in the near future so keep checking the POW site for it.
For the record these were in last months issue of Ride UK. The two photo’s were taken by George Marshall.

It seems I was back of the queue when someone was handing out the manual skills whereas someone like Scott Edgeworth was definitely towards the front as this video that Gunner from Segment sent over proves. Not quite trails but winter training for the pumptrack anyone?
