What a start to the year, managed to get 2 days digging in before the big freeze came.

The trails are coming along well, and the problem neighbours seem to have resigned themselves to fact the trails were there before they were.  Tho if you know where the trails are, please remember to be respectful to the local residents and not to park near the field entrance.

Speaking of that, its the 10th summer for the trails so some sort of party is bound to occur, watch this space.

I’ve mentioned Boyd’s blog Dig For Victory quite a few times, and from looking at the stats plugin on the site, a hell of a lot of people have checked the site out too. But for good reason, Boyd is one of the most psyched people I’ve met and with his new camera the  epic updates are only going to get better. Click the image for the link!

This has been up on Digmore for a few days but I’ve only just got round to posting anything on here.
Basically a couple of Digmore locals and myself were paid to shape up some jumps for a Nike MTB team photoshoot that happened just before the weather turned ugly.
We had to sit on the photos until it was published and since there’s an article in the Jan issue of Dirt, here are a few shots off my phone.

The nice people at Coppull trails dropped me an email to say they’ve recently got a new spot and things are going good. They also included some photos which you can see above. They now have a new account so look out for Chaple Trails, who should be posting soon

I’m sure a lot of others could too.

Spotted this over on the Moos Blog (link below) and the trails look rad. Even better though was seeing Wolverly/Burlish/Swansea resident Mike Potter riding in it.

Other news, Pretty Shady is back up and looks better (less shady?), and snow is still terrorising most of the country.

Got some snow down here too I love it, bit  cold  digging though.  Here’s a few pics of our recent work, got a few things done.  Takes so long just two of us digging, need more diggers!

I’m pretty much the smallest fan of snow in the world so the fact most of the country is covered in it doesn’t fill me with joy. Regardless though, Kung and myself headed over to Digmore today to have a look at the place and get a few photos.
