Digmore Flipcam

{ Digmore }

Well Digmore has gone all 2008 and we’ve all chipped in to get a flipcam to try and document the summer.
Been down tonight and made this little edit to get used to it. Nothing serious, just something to look at really. Claymore Tom has got a couple weeks off work so between him and Dave Cotton, BF is going to be killer this summer.
Think we’re having a big dig sunday so if you’re about the Bristol area and fancy riding the track this summer, pop in and lend a hand

Lazy Weekend

{ Digmore }

Well for me anyways. Had a few too many ales on Friday night which meant a fairly subdued and brief Saturday session was spent at the trails. Did buy a leaf rake though and made the pump track look fairly presentable. Hope the summer doesn’t roll around too soon, still loads to do

Almost a full day..

{ Digmore }

IMG_0515

The weather was lovely today if not a bit cold and we almost managed a full day at the woods. Here’s the new lips on BF, still loads to do though – you can just check out the soil which will make the left side of the landing a whole load wider.  Check out Kung’s photo’s over on Digmore shot on a proper camera rather than a crappy iphone

Nike MTB Shoot

{ BuildTheWoods }

This has been up on Digmore for a few days but I’ve only just got round to posting anything on here.
Basically a couple of Digmore locals and myself were paid to shape up some jumps for a Nike MTB team photoshoot that happened just before the weather turned ugly.
We had to sit on the photos until it was published and since there’s an article in the Jan issue of Dirt, here are a few shots off my phone.

For more photos and a photoshoot video, check out the post on Digmore

Snow!

{ Digmore }

Snowy Digmore

I’m pretty much the smallest fan of snow in the world so the fact most of the country is covered in it doesn’t fill me with joy. Regardless though, Kung and myself headed over to Digmore today to have a look at the place and get a few photos. Here’s one of mine and I’m sure Zang will have a few more over on the Digmore site as soon as.

Deluxe Trails Trip Teaser #2

{ BuildTheWoods }

UK Trails Tour 2009: Trailer #2 – More BMX Videos

Is now online! So here’s the embedded Vital version. Trailer number one (and the Vimeo HD link for the above) is over on the Deluxe site

Really looking forward to seeing the full version of this as no doubt it will be worth the wait, along with every thing that team/company seems to be putting out at the moment – Deluxe are a real good thing in this ever turbulent world of BMX and how they support the scene is leading the way. They will be more involved in the site when we have the new version completed so keep checking back for that.
In other non-related news, I’ve recently relocated to the Bristol area and stoked to finally have a really good local trails scene in the form of Digmore. Resident digger and procrastinator Kung (aka RandomBMX and RideUK Product photog.) has just updated their blogsite so go here to check the words of Jorge, Kung, Adi, Will and various other cheeky fellows.
